This page explains how Reply Drawer handles information in the iPhone app and on this website.
Saved replies and the keyboard
Your reply library is stored on your iPhone. The app shares a copy of your replies and relevant settings with its keyboard extension so the keyboard can display and insert them. Reply Drawer does not currently sync your library between devices. The keyboard does not request Full Access; Apple controls where third-party keyboards can be used.
Backups and clipboard
You can export your library as a file or import a file you select. You choose where to save or share an export; the provider you choose may have its own privacy practices. When you choose Copy, the selected reply is placed on the system clipboard.
Subscriptions
Apple handles subscription purchases and payment information. Reply Drawer uses Apple’s StoreKit to display plans and determine whether Pro is active. Apple’s privacy information describes its practices.
Deleting replies and backups
You can delete replies in the app. Deleted replies are available in recovery for 30 days and are removed from stored history on a subsequent library update after that period. Previous versions can also remain in recovery history. Deleting the app may remove local app data. Copies you exported or included in a device backup are managed separately by you and the relevant storage provider.
Website demo
Text entered in the demo stays in your browser and resets when you reload the page. Please avoid entering sensitive information into the demo.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, this website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions, such as page views and outbound link clicks. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes device and usage information. We do not send the text you enter in the demo as an analytics event. Query strings and fragments are excluded from the page address sent by our page-view configuration. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
